KANSAS CITY, Mo. (Sept. 11, 2018) – The Centre women's soccer team catapulted to No. 18 in this week's United Soccer Coaches Top 25, the organization announced today.

The Colonels (4-0) were previously unranked (receiving votes), and have ridden a pristine start to the season to leap into the rankings.

Most recently, the Colonels defeated a pair of Ohio programs in Otterbein, 4-1, and John Carroll, 2-0, at home. Centre has a combined 13-2 score against its opponents this season.

The Colonels face their first road tests this weekend, traveling to face Denison Saturday and Mt. St. Joseph Sunday.
